Our facilities are equipped with specialized equipment to perform the unloading of clean bulk solids, followed by storage. During the unloading process, we use appropriate cranes and conveyor belts to ensure an accurate and efficient operation.
Overall, our facilities have a storage capacity of 77,000 tons, allowing us to handle large volumes of bulk cargo with maximum security and integrity.
Our specialization covers the complete service of receiving, storing and loading coal and coke, from reception to transportation for subsequent distribution. This comprehensive service ensures the satisfaction of our customers’ needs and supports the success of their operations.
For the storage of clean bulk solids, we have a 42,500 square meter yard with a capacity of 70,000 tons. The infrastructure includes a 14-meter barrier for environmental protection, a perimeter channel and a settling tank to control residual liquids.
In addition, a humidification system through cannons maintains the right humidity level in the storage area, and a specific washing area ensures the cleaning of vehicles entering and leaving the yard, avoiding the transfer of waste to the outside environment.
We are certified by the International Maritime Organization under the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS), which is part of the international regulations for detecting and preventing acts that threaten ships or port facilities.
The perimeter is protected by a masonry block wall at a height of 4 m and an electrified fence at the top; the perimeter areas, docks, offices, accesses, and operating areas are monitored 7×24 by CCTV.
To ensure adequate lighting, there are 18 18-meter-high masts to cover all areas.
